How long will it take for my item to arrive?
All orders will be shipped out within 1 to 2 business days after your payment has been received. Once shipped, it will take 2 to 7 days for your order to arrive. We ship on Monday through Friday up to 4 p.m mountain time. Once your order is shipped we will send a final confirmation email including your package tracking information. If your order was placed close to a major holiday season or during winter, your order could possibly take 8-12 days to arrive, so please be aware of this.

When do you ship?
I ship daily. If you purchase an item before 3pm Mountain time, it will go out the same day, as long as it is a business day. After 3pm will go out the next business day.

Who is your shipping provider?
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and will be mailed via First Class, Parcel Post, or Priority depending on the size and weight of your order.

Refunds & Returns Policy
We list all items honestly and accurately. All items are inspected for conditional issues and imperfections upon being listed. If an item has anything wrong with it such as scratches, stains, tears, missing pieces, etc. you will be informed of this up front in the items description so you can decide ahead of time whether or not you wish to purchase the item. All items are sold AS IS so all sales are final. If you knowingly purchase an item that was listed as having a flaw, you are purchasing that item based on your own decision to do so and we can not be held responsible for replacements or to issue refunds once the item has been shipped to you. However, If you receive an item and you feel that it was mis-represented or not accurately described, please contact us and let us know that you think we have made a mistake and we will work with you to resolve your issue. If your order does not arrive to you and it has been more than 10 days after it was shipped, please contact us so we can see if the USPS has lost or misplaced it and we can file a claim to get you a refund. If you have any questions about an item or feel that we have left out an important detail in the description, please feel free to ask before placing your order.
