2. Once the item is received, if you are not happy with it, please contact me.
3. Once the item is shipped, it is no longer my responsibility. If the Post Office loses an item, a claim should be filed with them. For this reason, I will include shipping insurance at my discretion.
4. If in doubt, please ask. I will be more than happy to answer your questions and take more photos if needed.
